1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between Green River Cruises, a company operating private cruises on the Seine, and any person wishing to book a service via the website www.greenriver-paris.fr or by email.

2. Services offered

‍ Green River Cruises offers the privatization of boats with captains for cruises on the Seine, for individuals and professionals.

3. Booking

Bookings are made via the online form, by email or by phone. Any reservation request is confirmed by a summary email sent by Green River Cruises, specifying the essential information of the service (date, time, place of departure, duration, conditions). Payment implies firm acceptance of the service.

4. Rates

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. They include boat rental, fuel, captain as well as the services specified in the email exchange with Green River Cruises.

5. Payment terms

‍ Payment is required to confirm the reservation. This can be done by secure payment link (bank card) or by bank transfer (RIB provided on request).

6. Cancellation conditions

More than 30 days before the event: full refund (excluding weather insurance).
Between 15 and 30 days before the service: refund of 75% of the service (excluding weather insurance).
‍Less than 15 days before the service: refund of 50% of the service (excluding weather insurance).
Less than 24 hours before the event: no refund, all the service is due.

In the event of bad weather conditions (rain, snow, storms, etc.), customers can subscribe to the weather insurance (up to 15 days before the date of the cruise) for 10% of the cost of the service. This allows you to cancel up to 1 hour before your cruise:

- Free cancellation if the forecast exceed the rainfall limit during your cruise: 100% refund.
- 50% refund if you decide to proceed with the cruise and that the rainfall threshold is exceeded during your cruise. The threshold depends on the duration covered: 1 hour = 1 mm, 2 hours = 1.8 mm, 3 hours = 2.7 mm.

If you subscribe to the weather insurance option, the following data — last name, first name, email address, cruise date, time, and price — are transmitted to Orakle Weather, an insurance intermediary registered with ORIAS under number 24001801, solely for the purpose of managing and executing your insurance contract. This transfer is based on the performance of the contract.

Cancellation of additional services:
Catering services (baskets, etc.) are invoiced if the cancellation or the rescheduling of the cruise is not communicated at least 2 working days before departure.

In the event of a claim, Orakle Weather may contact you directly to request additional information necessary for compensation. These data are then collected and processed under the sole responsibility of Orakle Weather.

7. Delay/No-show

‍ Any delay of more than 15 minutes reduces the duration of the cruise. No refunds will be given in case of no-show.

8. Responsibility

‍ The customer undertakes to respect the safety instructions on board. Any damage caused to the boat or equipment by passengers will be invoiced.

9. Personal data

‍ The information collected is necessary for the management of the order. They are not transferred to third parties. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete in accordance with the regulations in force (RGPD).

10. Applicable law and disputes

‍ These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the head office of Green River Cruises.
